We will provide you by Email, 3 complimentary reminders about your up-coming optional renewal. Customers that wish to renew the annual maintenance/service contract, must do so on or before the Anniversary Date with us to avoid any late fees. Customers are responsible for knowing the Anniversary Dates of their licenses. Late fees start at 5% in month past due date indicated on your invoice.
IMPORTANT: If you have multiple licenses on the same host, and you opt to renew, all licenses will be renewed. We DO NOT provide partial renewal.
All payments in US Dollar currency.
Payment Types: Visa - Mastercard - American Express - Discover - ACH. Payment made through our secure payment portal. Company checks mailed to our remittance address. Phone Orders can be placed using ACH. IMPORTANT: if you make a ACH payment outside of our payment portal, you must email us a copy of the invoice you paid along with the ACH payment date. Any payment received AFTER the due date on your invoice, will incur a late fee that must be paid to complete your renewal.
