|Welcome to Digi's News Center. Many of you may know DIGI the Dolphin from our previous web site, our icon and mascot for 20+ years.
While DIGI has now retired, we will continue his legacy here in DIGI'S News Center.
Our roots will always and forever be with Total Support HelpDesk and GO-Global.

Our family at Resource Dynamics, Inc. is expanding! We are adding 2 new members to our growing business.
Matthew Mish will be bringing his skills and knowlege as our Media Director. He will be creating new 'How To' videos and presentations for Total Support HelpDesk and GO-Global.
Lacey Mish will join our customer service team. She will be learning everything from Sales-to-Support! Lacey brings her skills for customer service and back ground of 11+ years in retail industry.
UPDATE Development progress for Total Support HelpDesk is now set for Q1/2020. While some may be disapointed of the delay, we are sure you would rather us have a solid release so your upgrade can be as flawless as possible. Keeping in mind that this is not a simply code change for an update. Total Support HelpDesk is 80% rewrite of the code to work with new technology and deliver better performance and stability to your environment.

It's been a year now since our new journey started and we have GREAT NEWS on a change coming soon!
It has been several years since we have made any changes to our HelpDesk software. Change has already started
A new look and a new name. Now called Total Support HelpDesk.
A brand new version is in active development and targeting a Q4/2019 release.
NEW SQLite database. Provides better performance, security and stability.
NEW Creating an easier upgrade path for HelpDesk version 4 (HelpDesk4.mdb).
NEW Simplified installs with NO MORE client installs. Clients just need to browse to the server and run the HelpDeskStart.exe from the server directory.
NEW Remote users for HelpDesk would only require a single TCP/IP (static IP) with port opened (we will set port #) to be opened on the firewall. Data will be encrypted between client and server.
NEW Support HTTP.SYS which will allow running the database server in a cloud environment. Also support for HTTPS encryption, would require the customer to purchase a SSL certificate and apply to their site.
NEW Compatibility with Act! WEB clients (not included with initial release)
CHANGE No longer utilizing UDL file to connect to the database.

New Year - New Owner - New Journeys!
I'm honored to announce that after 23 years as an employee/partner with Resource Dynamics, I'm now the owner. I have worked along side the previous owner since 1994, building the company, going through the ups-and-downs along the way. Many of you know us from our popular add-on product line, the earlier years of TeleMagic.
Our most popular and still popular is our customer service software solution, Total Support HelpDesk (previously named Tele-Support HelpDesk). We are and will remain dedicated to our HelpDesk solution as we move forward.
We look forward to our new journey and whatever paths we may take, we hope you continue with us along the way.
